General Comments
Went to facility to investigate complaint #3571 regarding cockroaches found in carry out container. Observed the facility to have a mild bug problem concentrated around the dish machine. This facility has Del''s pest control coming in once a month and was last here on 6.2.08. This facility may need to have pest control come more frequently due to cleanliness and until the bug control issue is under control. A follow up will occur in 10 days to check violations #3, #7 and #35. A thorough cleaning needs to take place in this facility. Equipment and pallets need to be moved so that proper cleaning can take place. A build up of old food products under equipment contributes to pest control problems. If this facility continues to get bug complaints or continues to have a cleanliness problem China Chef may be shut down until cleanliness can be achieved. A cleanliness of equipment and floors should model that of the bar area.
